Community Rules

The Bandit Code

Treasure Bandit is built on trust, fair play, and community spirit. Every member is expected to uphold the following rules.

1. Keep It Legal

All bounties must be placed at legal, publicly accessible locations. Do not post bounties on private property, restricted areas, or locations that require trespassing. Illegal bounties will be immediately removed.

2. Be Honest

All bounty descriptions, locations, and completion photos must be genuine and accurate. Misrepresentation of any kind is a violation and may result in permanent suspension.

3. Respect Other Members

Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or any abusive behavior toward other members is strictly prohibited. This includes in-app messaging and public bounty descriptions.

4. No Fake Accounts

Creating multiple accounts to manipulate bids or game the system is prohibited. Each user is permitted one account only.

5. Safe Locations Only

Bounty locations must be safe and appropriate for all verified adult members. Do not place bounties in dangerous areas, near traffic, or in locations that pose physical risk.

6. Complete What You Accept

When you accept a bounty, you are committing to completing it within 12 hours. Repeatedly accepting and abandoning bounties without completion may result in reduced trust score or account suspension.

7. Photo Evidence Must Be Genuine

Completion photos must be taken at the exact bounty location at the time of completion. Submitting false or manipulated photos constitutes fraud and will result in immediate suspension and forfeit of any payout.

8. Reporting

If you witness a violation, use the Report feature. False or malicious reports are themselves a violation of these rules.

9. Consequences

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or legal action depending on severity. All moderation decisions are final unless successfully appealed.
